IN THE MICROWAVE:  Remove the cardboard wrapping and lift the flap slightly, making sure not to tear it or leave any remains of it on the edge (in If the film tears, remove it completely). Place the container in the microwave, preventing it from touching its walls. For the Tuna Meatballs to be just right, heat for at least 2 minutes at 800 W (the time will depend on the power of your microwave). Remove the dish from the microwave, open carefully, mix and serve.

IN A CASSEROLE OR FRYING PAN: Heat the tuna meatballs for approximately 5 minutes.
