This Privacy Policy describes the use, processing and transfer of personal data collected through the URL www.carretilla.info, as well as through its social networks (hereinafter referred to as the Website), which will be treated in accordance with current legal provisions such as Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December governing the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December.
Industrias Alimentarias de Navarra, S.A.U, (hereinafter CARRETILLA), in its capacity as the Party Responsible, among others, for the files called Queries Management and Management of potential employees and the processing of personal data provided by users for the purposes described in this document, declares its firm intention to comply with the privacy and protection of personal information provided by Users in any of the forms, surveys, or registers enabled for this purpose on a number of pages of this website.
By providing us with information through any of the forms or methods provided, Users are deemed to expressly agree to the terms set out in this Data Protection Policy. Therefore, Users must read and accept this policy to that effect.

CARRETILLA reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to prevailing practices in the industry or sector, or to any applicable legislation or jurisprudence, or to the requirements of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Any alterations made will be those necessary to adapt the said policy to the current legislation and to the requirements pertaining to the protection of Users and consumers. In such cases, the changes will be notified on this website within a reasonable period before coming into effect.
In addition to the foregoing, we inform that all communications made by CARRETILLA are made by virtue of the consent previously obtained through the corresponding form and such communication shall not therefore, be considered SPAM. Notwithstanding this, Users have the option to revoke their consent and to rectify or cancel the data in accordance with the aforementioned provisions.
Finally, users are informed that social media Social Plugins (hereinafter Buttons) such as Facebook and Twitter (among others) appear on several pages of this website.
