Remove the cardboard packaging and lift the film slightly with the aid of the easy-open flap, making sure not to tear the film or to leave any of it stuck to the edge (if you tear the film, remove it completely). Place the meal in the microwave oven making sure it does not touch the sides and heat for around 30 seconds. We recommend tipping the contents onto a plate for an appetizing presentation.
