Carretilla’s olives are noted for being full of flavour. They can be eaten alone, as an aperitif, as an ingredient in cold and hot dishes: salads, stuffed eggs, paellas, pizzas, etc. Why not use them in more imaginative dishes too such as in an olive paté, sardine and olive kebabs or in an olive and ham mousse.
